The lakeside location caught my eye. stunning views greeted me each morning. The Deluxe Double room met my expectations for cleanliness and comfort. However, the internet connection felt unreliable and frustrating at times. I experienced issues with the TV system as it required a working Wi-Fi signal, which added to my inconvenience. During my stay, the staff's responsiveness could have improved significantly. I found it troublesome to access rooms after hours, walking past trash bins was not enjoyable. Although the spa was limited in options, it sufficed for a short escape. One big drawback was the limited dining options. a more varied menu would enhance the overall experience.

The stay was a nice getaway for exploring the nearby attractions, including the beautiful walking trails and the stunning views of the lake. I really appreciated the comfortable beds and the overall cleanliness of the room, which added to the experience. Being close to points of interest, like Te Puia and the redwoods forest, made our time even more enjoyable.

The staff was very welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. I loved the stunning lake view from my room which made waking up a delight. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after exploring the nearby hiking trails.

The staff was wicked awesome, super helpful from check-in to the pool! The room was comfy, had everything we needed, but the dinner options could be better. Wicked good vibes all around!

Staying at this lakeside property with my five kids was a delightful experience. Waking up to a stunning lake view was blissful. The spacious rooms comfortably accommodated our large family, and the management was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome.

My wife says that the pool being out of service was a big disappointment for us.

Just a balanced option for a short stay in Rotorua with all in all brilliant value for money. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious, especially the arancini and calamari we shared. Check the hot water in your shower before you settle in.
